Hato

Synthesizer

Hato is a corpus-based concatenative synthesizer for Max for Live. It uses Python's Librosa and Max's MuBu libraries to parse a large number of audio fragments and build a two-dimensional representation. Samples can be navigated through this representation, feeding a granular synthesizer. The MNT project contains an updated version of Hato called Concatenate.
